The Client Advisor is an in-store luxury retail role acting as an ambassador of the brand, creating memorable experiences and advising clients across all product categories. The role focuses on building long-term relationships using clienteling tools, mastering product knowledge, and contributing to individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally in a high-end or luxury environment, or strong customer-focused background
• Strategic sales and commercial mindset with proven ability to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills to develop and maintain client relationships
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and represent the brand with professionalism
