The Sales Associate delivers an exceptional client experience while supporting sales and store operations at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location. The role focuses on styling expertise, clienteling, product knowledge, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Welcome clients, provide styling guidance, and deliver an elevated experience throughout the client journey.
• Build client relationships, capture client information, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
