The Sales Associate provides an exceptional client experience at the Scottsdale Fashion Square store. The role drives sales and service through clienteling, styling expertise, product knowledge, and support for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Welcome clients, provide elevated service, and offer styling and product expertise.
• Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom, and collaborate with colleagues and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures and seek feedback to support continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for the brand and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
