Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships. They set the example for exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and store standards. In the absence of store management they oversee store operations and staff to maintain operational and client experience excellence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold visual merchandising standards on the selling floor.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store standards, and the selling floor.
• Open and close the store and perform all related procedures.
• Support operational tasks, inventory events, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods and working with clientele.
• Ideally has an established clientele or cultivated following.
• Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends with seven-day operation.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Independent work ethic, excellent time management, integrity, and composure in customer interactions.
