Responsibilities

• Maintain a runway-ready salesfloor through re-merchandising, straightening, and replenishment
• Assist customers at point-of-sale and with transactions across in-store, online, and mobile platforms
• Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and returning merchandise to the salesfloor
• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments and maintain stockroom organization
• Assist with store tasks such as markdowns, backroom organization, and event setup while adhering to asset protection standards

Requirements

• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Accountability, initiative, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible availability to meet business scheduling needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and handling merchandise
• Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; stock and fulfillment roles may frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
