Summary

The Salesperson delivers exceptional customer service and styling for kids' apparel and shoes, cultivating and growing a customer following both in-store and digitally. This role focuses on setting and achieving sales goals through in-person and digital selling channels while maintaining product and fashion knowledge. The position requires working collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer-ready and flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open new rewards accounts
• Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and maintain a customer-ready department
• Use networking and technology to grow sales and follow customers digitally
• Collaborate with team members and occasionally assist in other departments as needed
• Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
