Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
- Recommend products and routines across luxury beauty brands
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Engage customers to build a following in-store and through digital channels including text and social media
- Set and achieve individual sales goals and use selling tools effectively
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep customer-ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with customers
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Excellent multitasking, organization and follow-through skills
- Drive to meet sales targets and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Prior beauty or retail sales experience preferred
