Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup applications, skincare analyses and product recommendations for ontrend and luxury beauty brands. Drive sales both in-store and digitally while building customer relationships and supporting a welcoming team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs and maximize sales
• Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
• Use digital tools including text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Manage transactions including sales, refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to be customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application and skincare
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to connect with customers and handle concerns with empathy
• Good multitasking, organization and follow through
• Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
