Responsibilities

• Engage and educate customers on product features, benefits, and craftsmanship to support purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the full assortment, services, and policies
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions for a seamless purchasing experience
• Uphold merchandise presentation and store appearance to reflect the brand aesthetic
• Drive sales performance by contributing to team goals and supporting overall store success
• Partner with team members across the store to ensure customer needs are met with personalized service
• Represent the brand through professional communication and a brand-reflective presence

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven success in exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs while using appropriate equipment
• Capacity to maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
• Strong customer service and communication skills
