Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide excellent service and confident product recommendations
• Use text and social media to support selling efforts
• Assist with order fulfillment, stocking, and re-merchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
