Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products.
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales of on trend and luxury beauty brands.
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools like text and social media.
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges.
- Open new customer Nordstrom Rewards accounts to build loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep customer ready areas.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
