Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that drives sales and supports the store vision. This part-time retail role participates in training, uses retail technology to broaden product discovery, and helps execute daily and monthly business goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to deliver an inspiring and consistent brand experience and achieve sales goals
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize digital and alternative purchase tools to expand customer accessibility (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes)
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide feedback to management on opportunities
• Build customer relationships and begin developing a clientele through networking

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and maneuver across the sales floor for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., work around chemicals, and climb moderately as needed
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
