Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide individualized makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrations.
• Recommend and sell products to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain organized, visually appealing product displays and perform restocking duties.
• Process transactions, handle samples, and manage client follow up and appointments.
• Stay current on product launches, promotions, and brand training.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or beauty industry experience, preferably in cosmetics or skincare.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver tailored product recommendations.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays and the ability to stand for extended periods.
