Part-Time Client Advisor - King Of Prussia

Summary

Provide exceptional, luxury-level client service at the King Of Prussia boutique while supporting store sales goals and maintaining brand standards. The Client Advisor tailors the client experience, builds long-term relationships using CRM tools, and contributes to the visual and operational excellence of the shop floor. This part-time role requires strong product knowledge across womenswear and menswear and a proven track record in luxury retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable client service and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and outreach
• Tailor the sales experience and mentor colleagues to ensure a smooth sales ceremony
• Use CRM tools to monitor, update and grow client relationships and source new clients
• Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to support selling and client retention
• Assist with merchandising and maintenance of the sales floor to uphold brand presentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience selling Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, clienteling and CRM proficiency
• Professional presentation and commitment to brand standards
