Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor, you sell and style Suitsupply ready-to-wear and custom-made products, build customer relationships, and contribute to store sales and standards. You will complete a multi-layered training program to develop product and styling expertise and present fit, construction, and style to customers. The role requires energetic, straightforward communication and enthusiasm for dressing people.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop expertise and align with brand expectations
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build relationships and increase client loyalty through the Radically Personal program
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operations and perform duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
