Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products suited to customers' goals.
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and beauty events.
• Build customer loyalty, process transactions and returns, and maintain a clean, organized department.
• Collaborate with team members and stay current on beauty trends, products, and training.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup, and skincare.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
