Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and achieve sales goals in-store and digitally
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Use text and social media tools to support digital selling and customer follow up
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer ready
- Participate in trainings to maintain product and industry knowledge
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to be on your feet and perform bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
