Seasonal and regular retail sales role focused on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals both in-store and digitally, and supporting department operations. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising
• Execute price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Work collaboratively with the team and support other departments as needed
