Drive beauty sales across brands through demonstration and artistry while providing one-on-one customer service in a commissioned retail environment. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Conduct service consultations to determine customer preferences and needs
• Follow up with customers and suggest products to build lasting relationships
• Grow sales through appointment-based selling and opening rewards accounts
• Create and host in-store events and network in the community
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for each beauty brand
• Work a flexible schedule with hours varying by week

Requirements

• 1+ years of beauty industry experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, follow-through, and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
