Job Description

Summary

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Boutique Administrator executes administrative and logistic tasks to support boutique operations, security, and sales processes. This role handles shipping receiving transfers and repairs while maintaining accurate tagging and inventory records. The role requires strong organizational communication and Microsoft Office skills with preferred SAP knowledge and flexibility to work evenings weekends and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Handle shipping receiving and management of transfers and repairs for the boutique
  • Coordinate annual inventory daily reconciliation cycle counts and safe organization
  • Prepare paperwork for accounting and ensure timely submission
  • Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits and assist finance and auditing teams
  • Ensure all paperwork complies with company and brand policies and supports accurate audit scores
  • Support boutique maintenance supply ordering and operational needs
  • Maintain 100% tagging accuracy for incoming and outgoing items
  • Use clear concise communication to support Boutique Management and vendor relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with four years of related experience in administration operations or customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills SAP knowledge preferred
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to ensure high accuracy in inventory tagging and record keeping
  • Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
