Boutique Beauty Consultant - Brickell

As a Boutique Beauty Consultant at Dior in Brickell, you will serve as a passionate ambassador for the Dior brand, delivering exceptional client experiences and promoting the brand's image and desirability. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing client relationships while upholding the highest standards of Dior hospitality.

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
• Sell Dior products by meeting clients' needs and providing memorable experiences through high standards of service.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine interactions.
• Maintain an aesthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
• Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
• Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proven track record in achieving retail results in sales and profitability.
• Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Digital savvy and comfortable with operational POS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS.
• Able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Spanish or Mandarin speaking skills highly preferred.
