Boutique Coordinator - Maison Madison Flagship

As a Boutique Coordinator at the Maison Madison Flagship, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations of the Fine Jewelry & Watches Department. You will work closely with the Sales Team to enhance the client experience and ensure smooth operations within the boutique.

• Organize sales receipts and perform daily audits in collaboration with management.
• Conduct inventory stock counts and assist with reconciliation as needed.
• Manage records related to sales activities and transactions.
• Ensure systematic entry of special orders and communicate with the sales team upon completion.
• Support merchandise flow, including stock replenishment and stockroom organization.
• Assist with visual merchandising standards and provide excellent customer service.
• Facilitate product delivery between floors and ensure efficient stock replenishment.
• Participate in store inventory and cycle counts.
• Support the shipping and receiving team with daily new receipts.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support business needs.
