Purchasing Support Coordinator

As a Purchasing Support Coordinator at Watchfinder & Co. in New York, you will play a crucial role in the client journey of selling pre-owned luxury watches. You will manage the process from inspection to final offer, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for private sellers. Collaborating with various teams, you will help deliver accurate and timely offers, enhancing the overall client experience.

• Act as the main point of contact for private sellers, communicating via phone, email, and online enquiries.
• Guide customers through the valuation journey, providing assistance with model identification and explaining discrepancies.
• Work closely with authentication and inspection teams to resolve issues and coordinate return shipments.
• Support the Purchasing Manager with issuing final offers and ensure compliance with KYV legislation.
• Partner with finance teams to resolve payment-related issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within e-commerce, luxury goods, or resale operations.
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience handling sensitive data and compliance processes.
• Interest or experience in the luxury watch space is a plus.
