Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Administrator, you will play a vital role in orchestrating and guiding the store team to ensure compliance with Valentino guidelines. You will optimize the efficiency of store back-end processes and uphold the highest standards of care for the company's products, serving as the crucial link between the back and front of house to support the sales team with seamless stockroom management.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations Manager in implementing retail operation policies related to back-of-house management.
  • Implement effective organization of sellable products to support sales and minimize client waiting time.
  • Manage orders and organization of non-sellable products such as stationary, packaging, and uniforms.
  • Ensure timely management of product intake and outflow, coordinating with relevant counterparts.
  • Execute cycle counts and annual stock-takes, tracking reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to define action plans for loss prevention and regular audits of stock movements.
  • Implement solid control over merchandise, identifying defective or damaged items promptly.
  • Assist colleagues in managing after-sales processes and ensuring client care.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, luxury retail preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in retail systems and operations.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
  • Operational leadership skills to guide the store team and optimize back-end processes.
  • Expertise in inventory accuracy and stockroom organization.
  • Strong skills in implementing policies and conducting audits for loss prevention.
  • Proficiency in ensuring product availability and handling before-and-after-sales processes.
