Summary

Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front and back of house boutique activities, assisting the sales team with customer service tasks, merchandising, and after sales processes while maintaining Hermes standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide prompt friendly assistance at point of sale
• Support sales team with selling process including hanging and returning merchandise
• Retrieve stock and prepare merchandise in the stock room
• Organize and maintain workstation supplies such as bags boxes ribbons and stationary
• Maintain selling floor merchandise standards through straightening and filling in
• Support client service concierge doorperson and greeter activities
• Log repairs contact clients and maintain after sales records
• Answer phones promptly and provide appropriate customer service

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations
