Summary

Seasonal Sales Support partners with store teams to deliver personalized client experiences, assist with operations and visual merchandising, and support both front of house and back of house tasks. The role requires maintaining brand standards, assisting with inventory and product handling, and executing store operational duties as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide an elevated client experience
• Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to sales floor
• Create and manage product care requests and tickets as needed
• Assist with visual merchandising tasks including organizing and repositioning displays
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management
• Maintain BOH organization and handle product go-backs
• Perform additional operational tasks to support store objectives
• Participate as a team player to foster a positive work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury
• Client focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation and dependable work ethic
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Flexible availability and punctuality
