Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager/Director, the Sales Support Advisor will support the full client experience by partnering with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams. The role involves front of house and back of house tasks to ensure seamless and personalized service for all clients in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an elevated client experience.
- Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product requests from BOH to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks including organizing and repositioning displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
- Perform BOH organization and product assortment go-backs.
- Participate in team activities to meet store objectives.
- Maintain professional presentation and respect brand standards.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Client oriented with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and support operational tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English; additional languages preferred.
- Flexible and punctual with ability to work in a fast paced environment.
