Summary

The Boutique Facilitator supports daily boutique operations by delivering exceptional client service, maintaining visual presentation, and assisting with merchandising and sales activities. This role works on-site in a flagship boutique and collaborates with the team to ensure a luxury customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients with personalized service
• Support sales transactions and client follow up
• Maintain boutique presentation and visual standards
• Assist with merchandise replenishment and inventory organization
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and client communications
• Work with team to meet boutique performance goals
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail or luxury customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
• Team oriented with a client focused mindset
• Basic numeracy and point of sale experience preferred
