Summary
Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the regional office and stores, managing finance tasks, office operations, and project coordination while reporting to the Regional Vice President. Serve as a liaison with vendors, stores, and corporate finance partners and support regional initiatives including store openings and renovations.
Responsibilities
- Manage SAP functions including vendor payments and invoice processing
- Maintain relationships with vendors stores and regional finance partners
- Provide administrative support including calendar management travel arrangements and expense processing
- Assist with regional projects events and store initiatives such as openings and renovations
- Support Sr Regional Operations Manager on operational objectives and budget management
- Monitor and maintain the regional office facility and coordinate with property management
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office supplies
- Perform general finance related tasks to support store expense tracking
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail operations office management or finance business analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication organizational and time management skills
- Proactive service oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Flexibility to support store needs including occasional travel and flexible scheduling
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
