Seasonal Sales Support - Soho

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support partners with store teams to deliver a seamless and personalized client experience, assisting both front of house and back of house operations while embodying brand standards. The role supports sales, visual merchandising, inventory preparation, and operational tasks under the direction of store management. This is a seasonal retail position located in Soho focused on maintaining high presentation and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide an elevated client experience
• Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to sales floor
• Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed
• Assist with visual merchandising, organizing and repositioning displays
• Support inventory preparation and go-backs as requested by management
• Maintain BOH organization and assist with product assortment
• Participate in team activities to achieve store objectives
• Adhere to brand grooming and behavior standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation and dependable work ethic
• Technologically savvy with basic Microsoft tool proficiency
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail
• Flexible, punctual, and team oriented
• English required; additional languages preferred
