- Support validation of active Quarterly Promotions.
- Enhance and adhere to customer service-related procedures.
- Participate in sales events and organizational preparation.
- Manage customer master data ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Support Commercial returns in compliance with trade terms.
- Issue sales/customer-related reporting.
- Participate in ad hoc sales-related activities.
Requirements- 2+ years of work experience with B2B Account Management.
- French language proficiency required.
- Proficient in Excel with knowledge of pivot tables and lookup formulas.
- Proactive multitasker with the ability to support in a dynamic environment.
- CRM or SAP experience appreciated.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
