Responsibilities- Ensure continuous growth and development of boutique staff with a focus on succession planning and career development.
- Create and drive development plans, oversee annual review process for all store employees.
- Facilitate regular team communication sessions to ensure seamless communication of promotional activity, performance to goal, corporate initiatives, and any other important topics.
- Own recruitment for all positions on the team, including freelancers: attract, recruit, and retain.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect and team collaboration.
- Provide a unique and memorable in store and after sales experience to every client, every day, and at every point of sale.
- Consistently achieve the overall sales objectives using all levers, including but not limited to products, services, and events to drive and maximize sales performance.
- Manage and drive appropriate stock levels of merchandise, communicate to corporate if there are any issues.
Requirements- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
