Boutique Director - Bellagio

Summary

The Boutique Director is the senior leader and brand ambassador for the boutique, responsible for building and coaching a high-performing team to deliver an elevated client experience. This role drives sales and business results through strategic planning, community engagement, and continuous improvement against key performance indicators. The Director ensures operational and visual standards are upheld while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop boutique staff and boutique leadership to deliver exceptional client service.
• Create a positive working environment that encourages feedback, diversity, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Set and achieve business goals by partnering with the boutique team and Home Office to implement strategic solutions to increase sales.
• Monitor and improve performance based on KPIs, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Represent the brand in the market through community involvement, partnerships, events, and client development initiatives.
• Ensure boutique image, operational standards, and merchandising are maintained to brand expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience in boutique or luxury retail leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven people leadership and coaching skills with strong communication abilities.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; ability to work in-store.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform retail floor and management duties.
• Passion for the brand and client experience; foreign language skills preferred.
