Boutique Director - DC City Center

Summary

The Boutique Director will serve as the senior leader and brand ambassador for the boutique, responsible for delivering an elevated client experience and driving store performance. This role focuses on developing and coaching boutique leadership, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, and executing strategies to achieve sales and operational goals. The Director will represent the brand in the local market and partner cross-functionally to grow the client base.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire boutique staff and boutique leaders to deliver superior client service and meet performance targets
• Develop and execute business plans with the boutique team and Home Office to grow sales and improve key performance indicators
• Create a positive, inclusive working environment that encourages feedback, development, and teamwork
• Represent the brand in the market through community involvement, partnerships, and client events
• Monitor boutique performance, implement improvements, and drive accountability across the team

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience in luxury retail or boutique management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Passion for the brand, client experience, and relationship-building
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs; foreign language skills preferred
