Boutique Director - Hudson Yards

Summary

The Boutique Director leads the Roberto Coin boutique to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving financial and operational objectives. This role is responsible for executing the boutique business plan, managing budgets and controls, and coaching a high-performing sales team. The Director acts as the key in-store leader, maintaining brand standards in service, visual merchandising, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and meet profit and KPI targets
• Manage discounts, costs and till/transactional procedures to maintain budgetary controls
• Lead, mentor and develop boutique team members through coaching and performance management
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee daily boutique operations and routines
• Organize and deliver floor training, meetings and support change initiatives; travel for business as required

Requirements

• Considerable retail management experience, ideally within a luxury environment
• Proven track record of sales achievement and performance delivery against targets
• Jewelry product knowledge and experience with CRM systems; IT literate
• Strong numerical skills with ability to analyze sales performance and manage budgets
• Ability to work long hours on occasion and perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
