The Boutique Director for Worth Ave will lead and represent the boutique, building and developing an exceptional team to deliver elevated client service and exceed defined performance targets. This role requires in-store presence to coach leaders, uphold boutique image and operational standards, and drive sales through strategic initiatives and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Coach, inspire, and develop boutique staff and leadership to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive culture of feedback, diversity, teamwork, and professional development.
• Develop and achieve business goals by partnering with the boutique team and Home Office to implement strategic solutions to increase sales.
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld to drive business results.
• Represent the brand in the market through community involvement, partnerships, and events.
• Lead performance management, analyze key performance indicators, and implement continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven people leadership and coaching experience with the ability to develop leaders.
• Strong passion for client experience and excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Foreign language skills preferred.
