The Boutique Director leads the successful management and development of the boutique, with a focus on sales growth, team development, and exceptional service. The role protects the Maison's image and builds its presence in the market while delivering sustainable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and strategic plans, including High Jewelry objectives.
• Enhance the boutique's image and identify, coach, and develop team members.
• Generate new clients and develop innovative business opportunities.
• Represent the Maison at meetings and events, and travel extensively in the US and abroad.
• Manage inventory and model stock in coordination with Supply Chain.
• Lead product launches and events, monitor performance goals, and provide reporting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support sales growth.

Requirements

• Related bachelor's degree required; an MBA is preferred.
• Multi-unit or high-volume experience, ideally in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong project management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• French or Mandarin fluency is an asset.
