Summary
The Store Director leads store operations to achieve sales and KPI targets while maintaining brand image and client experience. This role manages recruiting, developing and retaining store talent, oversees daily operations and ensures compliance with HQ processes and retail standards. The director acts as the brand benchmark in the region and drives clienteling and VIP engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze results and implement follow-up actions daily, weekly and monthly
- Recruit, develop and retain store management and team members
- Create development plans and provide coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure execution of brand standards, visual merchandising and client experience
- Oversee payroll, scheduling, opening and closing procedures and day-to-day operations
- Manage inventory, warehouse stock and loss prevention measures
- Maintain compliance with legal, safety and HR processes and company guidelines
- Build and maintain client relationships including VICs and VIP engagement
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in luxury retail with responsibility for a team of around 20
- Strong leadership, coaching and talent development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs and store culture
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and clienteling skills
- Organizational precision with payroll and administrative experience
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and brand standards
- Adaptability, entrepreneurial mindset and digital proficiency
- High availability and responsiveness to business needs
