Summary

The Store Director leads the store's business performance, team development, client experience, and day-to-day operations. The role drives sales and brand standards while ensuring efficient, compliant store processes.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor store action plans, sales targets, and KPIs; analyze results and identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain store talent while fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
• Promote the brand and deliver consistent client experiences, clienteling, loyalty, and VIP engagement.
• Oversee store operations, schedules, payroll, administration, inventory, security, and compliance.
• Maintain visual, service, and operational standards and report relevant business insights to headquarters.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of successful management experience in luxury retail, overseeing a team of at least 20 people.
• Demonstrated leadership, talent development, and business management abilities.
• Strong client experience, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fashion sensitivity, digital skills, adaptability, and a responsive, entrepreneurial approach.
