Summary
Lead the Las Vegas Crystals boutique to achieve sales and operational goals by driving customer service excellence, training and developing the team, managing inventory and implementing brand retail standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by coaching and mentoring the sales team and actively participating on the selling floor
- Develop and empower associates to achieve personal and category sales objectives
- Manage clienteling efforts including client book usage for acquisition and retention
- Support sales processes and directly resolve customer issues and complaints
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and carry out operational procedures from the Retail Handbook
- Perform daily reporting and sales analysis as directed
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and work with Visual Merchandising Manager on changes
- Share responsibility for store P&L and take action to drive sales through merchandising
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control shrink rates through operations initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience in a luxury setting
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient digital literacy
- Strong oral and written communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to empower others, mentor staff and mediate issues
- Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus
- Foreign language skills a plus
