Boutique Facilitator - Ala Moana

Summary

The Boutique Facilitator supports boutique operations and client service at the Ala Moana location. As a multi-functional generalist, they assist sales associates and the operations team to maximize client-facing time. This role requires in-store presence to manage receiving, inventory, cash handling, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by welcoming and greeting clients and supporting Fashion Advisors on the sales floor
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments, assist with inventory cycle counts, re-ticketing, and receiving
• Assist with packaging, shipping product to support sales, and other client service tasks
• Support opening and closing registers, handle cash and deposits, and perform daily administrative duties including answering phones

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks related to receiving and merchandising
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for the brand and a desire to learn and grow professionally; foreign language skills preferred but not required
