Summary

Boutique Facilitator provides the highest standards of client service as a multi-functional generalist supporting sales associates and boutique operations. The role maximizes client-facing time by assisting with administrative tasks, inventory handling, and in-store support. Requires consistent in-store presence to support opening and closing, receiving shipments, and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support a high-quality client experience
• Provide sales and service support to Fashion Advisors and act as a brand ambassador
• Support operations including receiving and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and re-ticketing
• Assist with packaging, register opening and closing, cash handling, and deposits
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phones and resolving client inquiries

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform physical in-store tasks
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a desire to learn; foreign language skills preferred
