Boutique Facilitator

Summary

The Boutique Facilitator is a multi-functional support role focused on delivering CHANEL’s high standards of client service while enabling sales associates and supporting boutique operations. This role assists with shipments, inventory cycle counts, packaging, register opening and closing, and administrative tasks to maximize client-facing time.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, supporting a premium client experience and CHANEL service standards
• Support sales associates with packaging and client service tasks
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and assist with inventory cycle counts and re-ticketing
• Open and close registers, assist with cash handling and deposits
• Perform administrative duties including answering phones and resolving client issues

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform in-store duties
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for the brand; foreign language skills preferred
