Boutique Facilitator, Client Experience Host - 57th Street Flagship Boutique

Summary

Welcome guests as the first point of contact and create a warm, personalized boutique experience. Guide clients throughout their visit while collaborating with sales and management teams to provide seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests, anticipate their needs, and provide tailored assistance, including for Very Important Clients.
• Manage guest flow, appointments, client communications, and introductions to sales associates.
• Support boutique events and special activations, and assist with purchases and transportation.
• Share client experience insights with management and represent the brand with professionalism.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience; luxury hospitality or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and client service skills.
• Proficiency with digital platforms, including CRM and appointment tools.
• High school diploma, ability to lift 15 pounds, and schedule flexibility for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
