Service Advisor - Fifth Avenue Mansion

Summary

Provides clients with technical advice and service solutions for merchandise, delivering an exceptional luxury after-sales experience. Supports boutique sales and daily operations while upholding service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, identify their needs, explain service options, and provide appropriate follow-up.
• Perform basic product services, including strap and cord changes, bracelet sizing, and steam cleaning.
• Recommend service and product options and partner with boutique colleagues on sales.
• Follow security and operational procedures and assist with boutique setup, inventory, restocking, and visual maintenance.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements and jewelry preferred; a college degree is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
