Boutique Facilitator - Fashion Island

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and operational support within the boutique, assisting sales associates and supporting all areas of the store to maximize client-facing time and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support a high standard of client experience
• Assist sales advisors with packaging and client service tasks
• Support operations including receiving and shipping inventory
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and daily re-ticketing
• Open and close registers and assist with cash handling and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues professionally
• Perform general administrative and boutique support tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum high school diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for the brand and willingness to learn and grow
