Job Description

Summary

As a Boutique Facilitator Host at South Coast Plaza, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and facilitating the client journey in our boutique. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm welcome and maintaining the flow of traffic to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet clients upon arrival and share relevant information regarding health and safety protocols.
  • Manage client wait times and appointments using tools and processes.
  • Assist clients by answering questions and facilitating a seamless experience.
  • Maintain the flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels.
  • Communicate proactively with clients about wait times and in-boutique experiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of and passion for client experience.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Minimum High School Diploma.
  • Able to lift 15 lbs.
