Boutique Facilitator - Miami Design

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and operational support within the boutique by assisting sales associates, handling inventory processes, and supporting daily administrative and cash operations. Act as a multifunctional generalist to ensure smooth boutique operations and a high standard of client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support client experience initiatives
• Assist sales associates with packaging and client-facing tasks
• Support incoming and outgoing shipment processing and inventory cycle counts
• Perform daily re-ticketing and receiving duties
• Support opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues professionally
• Facilitate boutique operations to maximize client-facing time for sales staff

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for client experience and desire to learn and grow professionally
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
