Boutique Facilitator - Miami Design District

Summary

Provide high standards of client service and operational support within the boutique. Support sales associates and the boutique team by handling administrative, inventory, and cash operations to maximize client-facing time and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support hosting duties
• Provide continuous sales and service support to the boutique team
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipment processes
• Support inventory cycle counts and daily re-ticketing
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging of purchases
• Open and close registers and assist with cash handling and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues professionally
• Facilitate receiving and shipping of product to support sales

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Team oriented with collaborative work style
• Understanding of and passion for client experience
