Boutique Facilitator - Waikiki

Summary

The Boutique Facilitator is a multi-functional support role responsible for enabling exceptional client experiences by supporting sales associates and boutique operations. This role handles inventory and shipment processes, assists with packaging and register operations, and performs administrative tasks to maximize client-facing time. The facilitator must be collaborative, service-oriented, and adaptable to a retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and provide high standards of customer service.
• Support incoming and outgoing shipment processes, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and client deliveries.
• Support opening and closing registers and handle cash and deposits as needed.
• Manage administrative duties such as answering phones and resolving client issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related retail or operations experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow within a luxury retail environment.
