Boutique Fragrance Expert

As a Boutique Fragrance Expert at Parfums Christian Dior, you will be an ambassador of the brand, promoting the passion and values of the Maison. You will demonstrate an elevated approach to customer service and fragrance knowledge, achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand's image and high service standards.

• Conduct in-store and remote sales activities, acting as a personal shopper.
• Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a memorable experience through high-quality service.
• Engage with customers authentically, identifying and understanding their needs.
• Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings, including makeup, fragrances, and skincare.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to the boutique's key performance indicators.
• Develop lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
• Maintain an aesthetically impeccable and hygienic boutique environment.
• Operate cash registers and assist with daily receipts closure.
• Lead the team as an expert in in-store fragrance product knowledge.

• 1+ years of experience in fragrance sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Proven track record of retail sales results.
• Experience in selling makeup, fragrances, and skincare.
• Proficiency with digital tools and operational point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
